Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3c Self Rising Flour
  • (If using All Purpose flour also add 1 1/2TBP Baking Powder and 1tsp Salt to the 3 c of flour)
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 12 oz Beer
  • 3 TBSP Butter (melted)
  • Directions

    1. Mix together dry ingredients.
    2. Pour in beer and mix until combined.
    3. Pour into greased loaf pan.
    4. Brush top of bread with melted butter.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
    6. Cool for a few minutes in pan and then remove from pan to complete the cooling.
