Beer Bread
Ingredients
3c Self Rising Flour
(If using All Purpose flour also add 1 1/2TBP Baking Powder and 1tsp Salt to the 3 c of flour)
1/3 c Sugar
12 oz Beer
3 TBSP Butter (melted)
Directions

Mix together dry ingredients.

Pour in beer and mix until combined.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Brush top of bread with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.

Cool for a few minutes in pan and then remove from pan to complete the cooling.
